Challenges:
Labor and material coordination to accomplish the work of six buildings within the construction timeframe of one
Logistically coordinate labor and materials with limited road access to that of a planned golf cart drive
Blind the construction site and activities to that of resort guests
Constructing poured in place large concrete fireplace caps (50’+ elevation) due to lack of crane spacing
Resort remained in operation throughout construction
Limited work hours, including mid-day and mid-week starts and stops to maintain conducive atmosphere to resort guests.
